To raise a damage claim:
Customer must provide:
- Unboxing video recording from start to finish
- Clear proof showing damage or leakage
- Order details and invoice copy
Without proper video evidence, claims may not be accepted.

- Our team will review submitted evidence
- Product condition and shipping damage will be verified
- Final decision for replacement or refund will be taken by Asmaka Chemicals
Decision of the company will be considered final.
- Refund Processing
If refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be returned through original payment method
